Partner terms

The rules that apply to every Silkal Bazaar reseller account.

1. Who can be a partner

A partner account is created by a Silkal manager after a phone conversation. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may decline an application without giving a reason.

2. The wallet

The wallet is money you keep with us to buy stock. It is not a security deposit and it earns no interest. It has two jobs: it sets how much stock you may reserve at one time, and it pays for orders when you place them.

Wallet balance is not refunded as cash

Once you top up, that amount is meant to be spent on sarees. We do not return it to your bank account, and we do not convert it back to cash.

If you decide to stop, the balance does not disappear. Speak to your manager and you may use whatever is left to buy stock — sarees to the value of your remaining balance — and we will dispatch them to you.

So please top up only what you intend to trade with.

Your manager records every top-up against the reference number you share. All wallet movement — top-ups, order payments, refunds and adjustments — is visible to you in the app under Wallet.

4. Pricing and fees

5. Orders and dispatch

6. Returns, cancellations and quality

7. How you may represent us

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that misrepresents our products, misuses the photographs, harasses customers or staff, or attempts to work around the platform. If an account is closed, section 2 still applies to any balance left in the wallet.

9. Your information

We keep your name, phone number, address and trading details to run your account. Customer details you enter are used to dispatch that order. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

10. Changes

These terms may change as the platform grows. Material changes are told to partners on WhatsApp before they take effect.
